RWC Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts & Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with fleet and commercial customers to provide solutions that maximize vehicle uptime and support their operational success. If you enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd like to hear from you.
As a Parts & Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right parts and service solutions while growing sales within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and grow aftermarket parts and service sales within an assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct customer visits and sales calls to identify needs and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Recommend parts and service solutions that help customers improve vehicle performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and territory information in a CRM system.
  • Partner with Truck and Bus Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit teams to support overall customer success.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in heavy-duty truck, transportation, automotive, equipment, parts, or service-related industries.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and generate sales growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (this is a safety sensitive position).
