School Bus Driver Opportunity

Weakley County Schools is seeking people interested in driving a school bus. We will train and test those who commit to driving for us. Qualified candidates must complete a satisfactory background check, pass a drug screening, pass a routine CDL medical screening, be 25 years old, and successfully complete the training and testing, which we can provide.

Bus drivers are needed for morning and afternoon routes as well as optional student trips for extra pay. The pay ranges from $92-97 per day, plus additional pay for any trips, and bus driving is part-time employment.

Those seeking full-time employment may have the option of pairing bus driving with other school system duties such as cafeteria or teacher assistant, which would make them full time and eligible for health insurance benefits.
