Job description

School Bus Driver

School bus driver needed. Drivers must have their CDL license (preferred) or be willing to obtain CDL, P&S endorsements. Must be able to successfully complete a medical examination. Must be able to drive at least two school routes for morning and/or afternoon. Must be willing to drive for elementary, middle, and high school. Must be able to maintain order and discipline of students assigned to the bus in accordance with PCS Board Policies and PCS Code of Conduct. Must be able to operate and maneuver a school bus with safely and with proficiency. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels (administrators, parents, students, and school community). Must be able to meet and maintain legal and physical requirements for NC School Bus Certification and local rules.
