  1. Supervision of Bus Attendants/Monitors:
    • Oversee the daily activities and performance of other bus attendants/monitors.
    • Ensure all bus attendants/monitors comply with company policies and procedures.
    • Provide training and guidance to new bus attendants/monitors.
  2. Route Management:
    • Assist in planning and optimizing bus routes for efficiency and safety.
    • Monitor and report any issues related to route management.
  3. Safety and Compliance:
    • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Report any safety concerns to management promptly.
