About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Re-Bath inside our partner retail locations throughout your assigned market. You'll engage with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, and help schedule free in-home design consultations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, staying active, and bringing positive energy wherever they go.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Re-Bath across assigned retail partner locations throughout your market
  • Engage customers and introduce them to Re-Bath products and services
  • Generate qualified leads for free in-home design consultations
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and store leadership
  • Provide product knowledge support, and training to store associates
  • Maintain displays, brochures, and promotional materials across assigned locations
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, store events, and promotional events as needed
  • Represent the Re-Bath brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
  • Positive attitude, professional presence, and self-motivated work style
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple store locations
  • Ability to deliver Product Knowledge training
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the local market (up to 40 miles per day)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully pass a 50-state background check and drug screening
  • Monday-Friday and Saturday availability required
