Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop necessary skills to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot bulk plant equipment. 

Assist with receiving, storing, and labeling delivered materials. 

Perform equipment maintenance, including blowdown activities, under supervision. 

Participate in safety meetings, complete safety observations, and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelines. 

Assist with material loading into hoppers and equipment spotting at the bulk plant. 

Conduct valve alignment checks on bulk equipment with guidance. 

Adhere to quality assurance and control measures within the bulk plant. 

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant. 

Complete required training, QHSE, and competency tasks related to the role. 

Assist in the transportation scheduling and acid blending processes, as needed. 

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices. 

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including following written and verbal instructions. 

Basic mathematical skills for performing job-related calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). 

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently. 

Analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory processes. 

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly. 

Commitment to safety and operational excellence. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. 

Experience: 0-3 years of relevant work experience preferred. 

Licenses and Certifications: 

Eligibility to drive company light-duty and commercial vehicles is required.
