Job description

Built in 1886 as a showpiece for Cattle Baron, Jesse Driskill, the Driskill is a legend in Texas hospitality. The hotel is known throughout Austin for its elite level of service and luxurious accommodations. As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of The Driskill Hotel!

Night Auditors are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions on the overnight shift. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Auditing all charges and postings and correcting work as necessary

• Reconciling daily activity and closing all accounts in preparation for the new business day

• Processing, formatting and distributing daily reports for multiple divisions

• Processing all payments according to hotel requirements

• Interacting with colleagues in a professional manner and assisting other departments throughout the hotel

• Resolving all guest concerns and compliments in a professional, timely and courteous manner
