• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, personal histories, and treatment goals.
• Provide comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Collaboratively develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring they reflect the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with clients grappling with substance use disorders and related mental health issues. By addressing their unique challenges and facilitating supportive conversations, you will contribute to their recovery journey while also promoting overall emotional well-being. The diverse clientele you will serve varies in age, background, and cultural experiences, offering you the opportunity to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs effectively.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably within a private practice or detox center environment.
• Well-developed clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Outstanding communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working within a detox or substance abuse setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and best practices.
