You'll perform preventative maintenance, equipment startups, system commissioning, refrigerant diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, controls verification, and operational testing to ensure equipment performs at peak efficiency.You'll interpret wiring diagrams, equipment schematics, and technical documentation; use digital diagnostic equipment and service software; prepare accurate service reports;s communicate findings to customers; recommend repair solutions; and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service on every project.Participation in an on-call rotation is part of this position.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking highly skilled HVAC professionals with at least five years of commercial HVAC service experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial chiller systems. Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, chiller controls, electrical systems, and commercial mechanical equipment.Strong experience troubleshooting large-tonnage chillers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, rooftop equipment, and commercial HVAC controls is essential. Candidates must be comfortable reading wiring diagrams, interpreting technical manuals, and using computerized diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex system issues.EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
