Carroll Water is seeking a motivated and dependable Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the water treatment industry while working alongside experienced technicians in residential and commercial environments.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement into a Water Treatment Specialist or Water Treatment Technician role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Water Treatment Technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment equipment
  • Safely lift, carry, load, and unload equipment and materials
  • Replace filters, collect water samples, and clean/maintain equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Travel to customer locations throughout the Baltimore surrounding areas
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow all company safety rules and procedures
  • Assist with loading company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements
