Job Summary

This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of interiors and exteriors of our facility and campus.


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare surfaces including patching, stripping, sanding, ice blasting, pressure washing, etc…
  • Apply finishes including epoxies, stains, paints, varnishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Perform exterior cleaning using pressure washing equipment
  • Perform light carpentry in preparation for projects
  • Perform concrete repairs, pothole repairs, brick repairs.
  • Perform grounds maintenance including tree trimming, moving rock or soil
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with contractors or vendors as required for specialized services
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of supplies
  • Support event setup, furniture moves, and minor custodial services as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); relevant technical training or certifications preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or related
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors 
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
