Role: Reception/Site Coordinator
Work Location: Houston, TX

Job Description:
  • This position rolls into Reception/Site Coordinator 1 at the A3 level.
  • Provides full and monitored support on defined scope of reception activities. Works within a structured team environment.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • General maintenance and appearance of front desk/entry area
  • Maintains records of guests, customers, and vendors who visit the office
  • Supports safety and security issues
  • Facilitate set up of internal meetings, external meetings and video-conferences
  • Support OnBoard Hoteling
  • Mailbox management (self)
  • Document support and management (offsite record management and process)
  • Invoice processing within facility budget
  • Interfaces with building management and outside vendors

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience
  • Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Office;
  • Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
  • Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Motivated, reliable self-starter, and proactive approach;
  • Team player with a positive attitude;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Successful track record of managing competing priorities effectively;
