Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering complex projects that support organizational goals and operational excellence. This role provides end-to-end project ownership by defining scope, building detailed project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Essential Functions

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Lead full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.

  • Manage project budgets, vendor coordination, and procurement activities as needed.

Risk, Issue & Quality Management

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues before they impact deliverables.

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and success criteria.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and project management best practices.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, leadership, and external partners.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.

  • Cultivate strong working relationships to support collaboration, alignment, and timely decision-making.

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Drive process improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and project quality.

  • Analyze project performance and outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.

  • 3+ years of project management experience (industry-specific experience preferred but not required).

Preferred

  • PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with project management tools including Excel, MS Project, and Procore.

  • Ability to analyze data, drive decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range: $64-$68K plus benefits
