Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management Lead, manage, and retain a high-performing team to achieve project and departmental goals. Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring timely arrival at all project sites and adherence to project schedules. Drive operational processes, execution, and outcomes while keeping jobs on track through consistent achievement of daily goals and metrics. Remain open to continuous learning and foster a teachable, growth-oriented culture within the team.

Project Management & Scheduling Estimate projects in a timely manner from the date of request. Develop and manage project timelines and schedules, coordinate work order distribution to subcontractors, and ensure all scopes of work are executed efficiently. Approve billing on project scope sheets and enter projected revenue into the system for accurate projection reporting.

Compliance & Process Execution Follow and lead all established processes and procedures for the evaluation and identification of damage-related requirements. Meet or exceed all operational goals and metrics while upholding company standards across every project.

Documentation & Reporting Complete all paperwork — both hard copy and digital — accurately and in a timely manner. Send daily email updates with accurate project information, maintain thorough records of all expenses, receipts, and job notes, and input time accurately into the time management system. Report all updates, issues, and questions to the Team Leader and/or Operations Manager promptly.

Customer Experience Champion a high standard of professionalism and accountability across all projects to drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Additional Responsibilities Perform all other duties as assigned in support of team and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Must Pass Background Check (Required)
  • IICRC Certifications (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 Years Xactimate and/or Time & Materials Estimating (Preferred)
  • Must Support Occasional Weekend and On Call Schedules (Required)
  • OSHA Certification (Preferred)

Compensation details: 85000-100000 Yearly Salary
