This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large-scale datasets, building dashboards and reports, identifying trends, and helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions. We are open to professionals with experience across multiple analytics disciplines, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and real-time analytics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis to understand historical performance and root causes.
  • Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives by leveraging statistical models and data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze real-time data feeds and operational metrics where applicable.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across reporting environments.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to support data warehouse, ETL, and data integration efforts.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as:
    • Power BI
    • Tableau
    • Looker
    • Similar reporting platforms
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale databases, data warehouses, or large data management environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
