Role Description The Building Maintenance role is a full-time, on-site position located in Piscataway, NJ. This role is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including minor repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components, as allowed by local regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting common areas and exterior grounds, responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating with vendors when specialized services are needed.
