Job description

WTTW (Chicago PBS) and WFMT (classical music radio station) are seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Staff person to provide general building maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Repair and maintenance of building and equipment.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Remodeling and repairs in the fields of carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Preventative maintenance of building HVAC equipment.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Preventative maintenance of hot water boilers and pumps.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  DDC building controls (BAS).

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Miscellaneous repair projects.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Other duties as assigned.

ESTIMATED SALARY RANGE: $52,000 - $62,000 annually
