The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing maintenance operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform required technical inspections and input all required data in the applicable LIS.
  • Responsible for coordinating all maintenance, repair, and installation work at large complexes or buildings. 
  • Will oversee the maintenance and repairs of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum five 5 years of supervisory experience and related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
