Janitorial-Cleaning

PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA

Buscamos personal de limpieza para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo. Tiempo Completo, Medio Tiempo o Fines de Semana.

JANITOR

We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team.

Tareas:

  • Limpiar y abastecer las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, pasar la aspiradora, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.)
  • Realizar y documentar las actividades de mantenimiento e inspección de rutina.
  • Realizar tareas de limpieza pesadas y proyectos especiales.
  • Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurren o las necesidades de reparaciones.
  • Almacenar y mantener los suministros
  • Cooperar con el resto del personal
  • Seguir las normas de salud y seguridad.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
