Job description

  • Perform basic mechanical repairs
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Assist the Building Engineer with preventive maintenance assisting the engineer with filter changing smoke detector battery replacement.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and update reports
  • Comply with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental standards
  • Respond to after-hours emergency situations on site as needed or on the phone.
  • Perform Owner maintenance request and such assigned by the Engineer.

·         Assist the Building Engineer daily with assigned tasks
