Job description

Alliance Building Services is a leading provider of janitorial and building maintenance services in the Seattle and Bellevue area. We are currently seeking dependable Full-Time Night Janitors to join our team in floating positions, supporting commercial buildings across Seattle and Bellevue. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, contribute to high standards of cleanliness, and be part of a company that values its employees with competitive pay, union benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide janitorial services at assigned commercial and/or medical building
  • Clean and maintain offices, common areas, and other interior spaces to company standards
  • Sanitize and restock restrooms
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash from designated areas
  • Ensure consistent janitorial coverage across multiple client locations
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, safely and effectively
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to maintain a professional environment
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations
