Job description

Fabric Building Installer
Location: Virginia and Florida (Traveling job)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Fabric Building Installers. In this role, you will assist in the assembly and installation of large-scale fabric structures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, technical work and is eager to learn a unique trade.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of fabric building structures and related components.
  • Use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Operate machinery to move and position fabric materials and structural elements.
  • Perform physical tasks such as dragging, lifting, and securing materials.
  • Work safely at heights and follow all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality installations.
  • Travel to project sites across Virginia and Florida as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Intermediate English communication skills (verbal).
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn new techniques.
  • Must own work boots (steel toes not required).
  • Other PPE is provided by the client.
  • Must comply with a strict smoke-free policy โ€“ violation may result in immediate termination due to health risks to the client, who is present on every project.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $30 daily per diem for meals (reimbursed upon submission of receipts to ensure the allowance is used for food-related expenses).
  • Housing provided during travel (2 people per room) while actively working on projects.
  • Weekend lodging policy:
    • When not working (for example, on Saturday or Sunday), the client assists with accommodation.
    • The usual hotel rate is $60 per night, shared by two people.
    • The client covers half ($30), and the remaining $30 is split between you and your roommate ($15 each per night).
    • This policy only applies during weekends when work is not scheduled.
