Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle
  • Engage with clients to understand needs
  • Evaluate mold investigations and determine possible mold risks
  • Effectively conduct home inspections for Indoor Air Quality related issues
  • Effectively explain defects of home inspections in report form
  • Create job quotes
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to achieve customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 or more years performing home inspections or mold inspections
  • CRIE or higher certification is ideal. Other IAQ certifications are considered
  • Strong report writing and data interpretation skills
  • Construction and building science knowledge
  • Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • A valid driver license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs
