The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production and order fulfillment, and keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
  • Verify products against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
  • Process and maintain accurate records of received and shipped goods
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing shipments according to order requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation, including bills of lading and shipping records
  • Report damaged materials, discrepancies, or shipment issues
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to support operations
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as needed
