Job Details
The janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly environment. This includes routine cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company and client standards.
General Cleaning Duties
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Restroom Maintenance
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and counters.
  • Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
  • Empty trash and maintain odor control.

Trash & Waste Removal
  • Collect and dispose of trash from all designated areas
  • Replace liners in trash receptacles
  • Handle recycling according to guidelines.

Breakroom / Common Areas
  • Clean tables, countertops, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, sink)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization..

Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all company safety procedures and client guidelines.
  • Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
  • Report hazards, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Reports to: Supervisor / Area Manager
  • May be required to submit reports or photos of completed work.
