Job description

The COS Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of planning, executing and delivery of essential projects related to our product and services. The position is responsible for being the point of contact for high priority projects with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will possess the ability to manage risk, issues, ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction. Standard work hours Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime and weekends required. Travel requirements up to 20% of the year.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sponsor with the definition of project scope and
  • Developing project scopes, objectives, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing project resources, including staff, contractors, suppliers, and equipment
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, performance, quality, and risks
  • Communicating effectively with project teams, clients, vendors, and senior management
  • Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
