Building Aides are support staff who assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of schools or other facilities. Their responsibilities often include monitoring hallways, assisting teachers and students, helping with administrative tasks, and ensuring a safe and orderly environment. Building Aides play a crucial role in supporting the overall function of a building by providing assistance wherever needed, which helps teachers and administrators focus on their primary duties.
