  • Guide customers through flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, hardware, and other interior selections with confidence and expertise.
  • Present upgrade opportunities in a consultative, customer-focused way that delivers value.
  • Conduct design appointments efficiently while meeting builder timelines and supporting construction schedules.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize all customer selections and documentation with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture where customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement come first.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of interior finishes, including cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, paint, exterior materials, and other finish categories.
  • Ability to balance buyer preferences, architectural style, community standards, construction feasibility, budget considerations, and resale value when making recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design direction, product differences, upgrade value, and trade-offs in a confident and client-friendly manner.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing selection documentation, change orders, payments, follow-up items, and internal communication.
