Campus Brand Ambassador - UW-Madison


Be the Face of Cousins Subs at One of the Nation's Largest College Campuses

We're looking for an outgoing, creative, and well-connected UW-Madison student to become our Campus Brand Ambassador.

This is more than a campus job. It's an opportunity to work directly with our Corporate Marketing team to help grow the Cousins Subs brand through campus events, student organizations, social media, and community partnerships.

What You'll Do

Campus Engagement

  • Represent Cousins Subs at campus events, activations, and community opportunities.
  • Build relationships with student organizations, clubs, Greek life, athletics, and other campus groups.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the Park & Regent restaurant.
  • Help coordinate fundraising nights, promotions, sampling opportunities, and campus partnerships.

Content Creation

  • Create authentic and engaging social media content featuring the Cousins Subs brand.
  • Share your experiences through your public social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on content ideas and upcoming campaigns.
  • Capture photos and videos that may be featured across Cousins Subs marketing channels.

Marketing Support

  • Share insights on student trends, campus events, and opportunities.
  • Help promote the Cousins Club Rewards program and other marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Marketing team to discuss ideas, campaign performance, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the UW-Madison student community by providing feedback and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at UW-Madison.
  • Must have completed at least one academic year as a UW-Madison student prior to the start of the position.
  • Active public social media presence (Instagram and TikTok).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging content.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Outgoing, dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Passion for connecting with people and representing the Cousins Subs brand.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active involvement in student organizations, clubs, athletics, Greek life, or other campus activities.
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Previous leadership, event planning, hospitality, customer service, or food service experience.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.

Position Details

Position Type: Part-Time Campus Brand Ambassador

Location: UW-Madison / Madison, Wisconsin

Pay: $4,000 per semester

Schedule: Approximately five flexible hours per week with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.

Duration: Semester-long position with the opportunity to continue based on performance and business needs.
