Job description

At UVeye, we're on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability on a global scale. Founded in 2016, we pioneered the world's first fully automated suite of vehicle inspection systems. At the heart of this innovation lies our advanced AI-centric technology, representing the pinnacle of computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI within the automotive sector.

With over $380M in funding and strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Toyota, Amazon, General Motors, Volvo, and Hertz, our technology is utilized in manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, delivery fleets, seaports, and more. Our growing global team of 250+ employees is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, encourages teamwork, and strives for excellence.

The Dealer Activation Manager is responsible for executing UVeyeโ€™s onboarding, relaunch, and enablement processes to ensure every dealer achieves early adoption, operational consistency, and long-term success. This role delivers the structured 90-day activation experience, partners closely with CSMs, and drives the hands-on work that accelerates time-to-value at the dealership. This manager is a frontline operator, conducting training, implementing processes, reinforcing best practices, and supporting new-hire onboarding at dealer locations. They are responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to every new installation and relaunch, ensuring dealers are fully enabled across all departments.

A Day in the Life & How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact:

  • Own dealer activations from install through first value, ensuring no dead time between โ€œliveโ€ and โ€œuseful.โ€
  • Review activation pipelines: new installs, relaunches, at-risk dealers, and upcoming onsite days
  • Align with Sales, CSMs, and Ops on why the dealer bought UVeye and what success looks like in the first 30โ€“60 days
  • Validate installs, lane readiness, and data flow so Day 1 is smooth and intentional
  • Plan and lead onsite launches and relaunches across service, sales, and BDC

Dealer-Facing Execution

  • Lead hands-on dealer activations focused on real workflows and outcomes
  • Train teams on how to win with UVeye, not just how to use the product
  • Drive adoption in real time: advisors using it, managers reviewing it, leaders caring about it
  • Identify friction quicklyโ€”process gaps, people issues, or technical blockersโ€”and resolve or escalate fast
  • Set clear expectations with GMs and department leaders on what โ€œgoodโ€ looks like post-activation

Internal Partnership & Follow-Through

  • Partner with CSMs to transition dealers cleanly into ongoing success with no dropped balls
  • Document activation outcomes, risks, and next steps in Salesforce (clean data enables clean decisions)
  • Flag early expansion signals: additional lanes, Atlas, BDC Booster, merchandising, or relaunch needs
  • Share feedback and learnings with internal teams to continuously improve installs, product, and process

How You Make an Impact

  • Eliminate the gap between installation and value
  • Protect renewals before theyโ€™re ever at risk
  • Accelerate expansion by proving value early
  • Turn chaos into clarityโ€”fast

This role is the difference between UVeye being installed and UVeye being indispensable.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in automotive operations, customer onboarding, training, field enablement, or SaaS deployment roles.
  • Strong understanding of dealership workflows (service, reconditioning, variable ops) preferred.
  • Comfortable leading onsite training sessions and influencing cross-functional dealer teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change-management skills.
  • Able to travel regularly to support dealer installs, relaunches, and training.

๏ปฟ

Ideally, weโ€™re looking for:

  • Dealer achieves adoption benchmarks within the 90-day activation window.
  • Significant reduction in relaunch needs and onboarding gaps.
  • Consistent execution of training across all install types and markets.
  • Strong alignment and handoff to CSMs post-activation.
  • Dealer staff demonstrates confidence and independence in daily workflows.
  • Positive dealer sentiment and reduced early-lifecycle friction.

๏ปฟBenefits we offer:

  • Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision.
  • Company 401k Match.
  • 20 PTO days, Company paid holidays.
  • Career growth as we scale across the US.
