Job description

We are currently hiring for three full time shifts:
Day: 6:00 am - 4:30pm
Night: 5:00 pm - 3:30 am
Weekend: 5:00 am - 5:00 pm
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Assemble and install metal building structures and components used in industrial and commercial applications

  • Install doors, windows, HVAC units, panels, framing, and other structural or mechanical components according to specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to determine build requirements

  • Perform detailed assembly work to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer standards

  • Verify materials and hardware to confirm completeness prior to shipment

  • Complete required production documentation, quality checks, and shipping paperwork accurately

  • Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and other material-handling equipment

  • Load, unload, position, and secure building materials and finished assemblies for transport

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping

  • Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery timelines

  • Work independently when required while remaining aligned with team goals

  • Adapt to changing priorities, production schedules, design changes, and unexpected challenges

YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands-on trade

  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly, installation processes, and use of hand and power tools

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards

  • Ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and moving heavy materials

  • Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work for extended periods of time

  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings

  • Dependable attendance and ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
