Job description

This is a LOCAL, MONDAY-FRIDAY delivery position with NO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL!!

Tired of being out on the road away from home? BluegrassBeverage LLC, formerly known as Budweiser of Hopkinsville, seeks a skilled Local Delivery Driver to deliver beer and other beverage products while providing quality service to our customers.

Qualified applicants must possess and maintain a driving record that is acceptable to the Company and must comply with all DOT regulations.

The Driver is responsible for maintaining strong, productive relationships with all customers. The Driver is expected to unload each account's order, place it in the designated area inside the account's facility, fill all coolers and shelves, merchandise/face and straighten all products in the retail space, and rotate stock appropriately according to expiration date. This is physically demanding work.

  • Valid Class "A" CDL
  • Valid DOT Card
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2infractions
  • Ability to lift and move items ranging from 15 lbs. (a case of 24 12-oz. cans) to 58 pounds (small keg) and manipulate/handle up to 162 lbs. (large keg).

We're looking for a person who enjoys being out in the trade with the customers and taking care of their product delivery needs. The Driver represents the Company so professional appearance and conduct are required.

This is a full-time regular position, Monday through Friday, starting at 5 a.m. and ending when all deliveries are complete.
