ROLE SUMMARY:

The Anheuser-Busch Tour Center delivers memorable tours and guest experiences highlighted by three National Landmarks-the Budweiser Clydesdales Stable, the Bevo Packaging Plant, and the historic Old Lyon Schoolhouse. As a Tour Guide you will get to understand the story and history to share with our guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a company-approved presentation to large groups of guests, ensuring accurate and engaging storytelling.

  • Serve in various host roles, including reception and front-desk support.

  • Support and assist with special events and on-site programs.

  • Provide guests with directions, information, and on-site assistance as needed.

  • Respond to guest inquiries while delivering a welcoming, memorable customer experience.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all public-facing and customer service interactions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Public speaking experience preferred.

  • Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10-15page tour script.

  • Must be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.

  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 50 lbs.
