Job description

Lake Life Farms is in search of a part-time budtender to work weekends and occasional afternoon weeknight shifts.

Budtenders will work directly under the store Manager and will assist in accomplishing a multitude of tasks, on each end of the store. You will be required to work every weekend and some weekdays. 15-20 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

· Ensure all customer identifications are valid and up to date

· Work directly with customers to ensure everyone is engaged by means of a streamlined system

· Have knowledge of product, and be able to recommend certain products for individuals

· Basic cash handling and point of sale knowledge

· Ensure store is always well maintained and clean

· Work directly with product, ensuring proper packaging and weight amounts

· Have an understanding of METRC, and how products are tracked

· Be responsive to new methods and ideas that are presented

Qualifications

· Experiences in retail sales preferred

· Knowledge of cannabis products

· Dispensary Experience Preferred, not required

· Friendly, Outgoing, Trustworthy, Dependable, Entrepreneurial, and Hard Working

· Outstanding customer service skills

· 21 years of age

· No felonies

· Must Pass Background Check
