Key Responsibilities (Budtender)
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Educate customers on the various hemp products we offer, including their benefits, effects, and usage.

  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues that will arise upon delivery; help resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • As a brand ambassador, you will answer product questions from customers.
  • Provide the highest level of service and safety at all times.
  • Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections at the start of every shift; maintain vehicle by keeping them clean.
  • Must adhere to operating procedures when verifying customer identification and method of payment.
  • Must be an adept driver and always abide by all traffic laws.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old to a Budtender
  • Must have at least 24 hours of weekly availability.
