Description
Are you someone who enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join our Elko rental location. In this role, you'll assist customers throughout the rental process while helping maintain a well-organized branch and rental fleet.
Whether you're greeting customers, preparing vehicles, or supporting daily operations, you'll play an important part in creating a positive rental experience.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and assist with rental reservations, pickups, and returns.
  • Review rental information, answer questions, and explain available vehicle options and protection products.
  • Complete vehicle condition inspections before and after each rental.
  • Help prepare vehicles for the next customer, including light cleaning and staging as needed.
  • Accurately complete rental agreements, payments, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate vehicle assignments to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Respond to customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient rental office and lot.

  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Sales or upselling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
