What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers with professionalism and energy, creating a positive rental experience

  • Identify customer needs through attentive listening and clear communication

  • Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently

  • Review rental options, protections, and upgrades to match customer needs

  • Handle payments, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records

  • Perform vehicle inspections for both renting and returning customers

  • Accurately report vehicle damage, and detail related fees

  • Daily Inventory of vehicles, coordinate and account for all vehicle movements
