We are looking for a reliable and experienced Foreperson to oversee and direct staff to ensure all functions are carried out in a productive and timely manner.

Basic Qualifications: 
Must be 18 years of age or older 
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required 
One (1) year of prior related work experience required and on the job training provided

Preferred Qualifications: 
One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferred 

Initiate, plan, schedule and evaluate the work, activities and resources of crews or team members 
Instruct and train employees team members in the performance of their duties and in the proper use of equipment 
Enforce and abide by safety standards and regulations 
Coordinate work across multiple teams on joint projects 
Schedule and assign active work orders and monitors backlog, staffing requirements, staffing capabilities and previous work carryover 
Develop appropriate work plans and cost estimates by analyzing tasks and determining resources required 
Estimate cost of direct labor, materials, tools, equipment, and contract services; and tracks actual vs estimated costs 
Ensure all work-related materials and labor are entered into the work management system 
Enforce departmental policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations 
Supervise and participate in the layout, design, and fabrication of signs 
Write specifications, orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
