About This Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Senior Living

If you are looking for an LPN or LVN position where your clinical skills and compassion both matter equally, this is it. At Aviva Senior Living, our nurses are at the heart of everything we do. You will provide direct resident care, bring peace of mind to families, and work alongside a team that genuinely cares about the people it serves.

Shift Details:

We are currently searching for an LPN to join our (2pm-10p) team.

Please note this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.

What You Will Do

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or registered nurse
  • Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist with resident assessments and individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Document resident care and progress accurately in medical records
  • Communicate with residents and their families about care plans and progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to deliver comprehensive care
  • Oversee the patient care provided by caregivers on your team

What We Are Looking For

  • Active LPN license valid in the state where the position is located
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an LPN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • A genuine commitment to treating residents, families, and teammates with respect and compassion
