Qualifications

Degree in Molecular Immunology/ Molecular Biology or related field or
Chem. Engineering degree (with appropriate Cell and Gene Therapy focus)
with relevant laboratory experience (BSc +5 years/ MSc +3 years),
preferably in biotech/ biopharma industry.
?Process development for manufacturing of cell- or gene-therapies
?T cell molecular biology/ engineering and characterization of primary T cells
?Molecular virology/engineering and production of recombinant viruses
?Mammalian cell genome engineering
?Development
of analytical methods for characterization of cell-based or
gene-therapies ? experience with cell-based and flow-cytometry-based
assays for characterization of cell populations and/ or activity
