Job description

Description
The IT Technician's role is to provide first level support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, hardware/software and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware/software while ensuring optimal systems performance. The person will also provide technical assistance (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent, Mississippi Gaming Permit required. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field recommended. Must have strong analytical skills, self-motivated and project oriented.
