JOB SUMMARY

This position provides broad technical support across hardware, software, and network systems to ensure efficient, secure and reliable IT operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A working knowledge of Information Technology Systems at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related or equivalent experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides support to employee’s for all company supported applications and devices.
  • Monitors and troubleshoots network performance, connectivity, and security.
  • Installs, configures, and maintains company devices and related hardware and software.
  • Identifies and resolves computer system malfunctions and operations problems.
  • Act as a liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and the end user.
  • Responsible for network troubleshooting.
  • Provides and maintains computer, phone, and cellular phone hardware for company employees.
  • Manages user accounts and permissions in systems like Active Directory or cloud platforms.
  • Sets up equipment and access for new hires. Deactivates access for termed employees.
  • Ensures compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
