Job description

We're looking for a Manager – Reporting & Analytics Assistance with strong experience in Azure Data Factory and SQL to join our Corporate Analytics & Reporting team. You'll design and manage data pipelines, support reporting tools, and help drive data-driven decisions across IT and operations.

This is a remote, direct-hire opportunity.

COMP: Up to $130K + 15% potential bonus depending on candidate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Design and build data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
  • Develop, test, and optimize T-SQL/PL-SQL procedures and scripts
  • Collaborate with BI developers, DBAs, and business teams to support reporting initiatives
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources
  • Translate business requirements into technical specs and actionable dashboards
  • Convert legacy reports into automated, self-service Power BI dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across all systems
  • Create, scale, and manage cloud-native applications using Azure PaaS (preferred)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Azure Data Factory (5+ years of experience)
    • Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines (5+ years of experience)
    • T-SQL/PL-SQL
    • SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSMS
    • Power BI dashboards
  • Proficiency in data warehouse design and development (MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, EDW)
  • Strong data modeling and ETL experience
  • Nice to have:
    • RESTful/SOAP web services, Azure PaaS (App Services, Storage, Functions)
    • MS Azure Platform (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
    • Experience with gaming/hospitality systems (Stratton Wareen, Infinium, Ariba, Cognos)
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow
    • Performance Analytics Module, DAX for PowerBI
