Job Title :  Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

Location :: Urbana, MD

Duration :: Contract

Job Description

Responsibilities

Should be able to analyze business requirements around quoting workflows (bundle configurations, product selection, pricing, quote approval workflows etc) and be able to recommend better business and systems processes

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a production deployment with a focus on SFDC best practices

Create and maintain detailed functional & training documentation for requirement specifications

Prepare & conduct end user demos for CPQ feature roll out

Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow

 Qualifications

A minimum 5 years’ experience working on the Salesforce CPQ & Salesforce platform in general

Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Salesforce CPQ required

Experience with quote-to-order processes with knowledge of Product/ Bundle setup, Product rules, Price rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates

Experience with Web Services Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals

Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred

Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes

Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions.

Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully

 Education and certification

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field

Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce CPQ certification preferred
