Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Systems Specialists to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with improving computer systems and operational data processing.
* Monitor system performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend architectural changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
* Implement standardized systems testing procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.
* Manages the execution of systems analysis and integration tasks for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
* Evaluate regional systems requirements to prioritize infrastructure upgrades and ensure network reliability for high-impact mission sets.
* Lead the coordination of Technical Teams to resolve complex software and hardware interface issues affecting theaterwide training operations.
* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications: Senior Level * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical systems protocols
Midlevel * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Demonstrated ability to draft technical systems documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications: * PMP certification or a related field.
* Experience with Navy or Army tactical systems.
* Knowledge of MIL-STD cybersecurity and information assurance protocols within a regional context Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
