The Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Management includes 8 specializations in which we are searching for qualified adjunct instructors. Specializations include: Business and Organization Management; Agribusiness Management; Management Information Systems; Health Care Management; Public Safety Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Equine Studies and Accounting.
This is an open continuous applicant pool and positions are filled on an as-needed basis.

PREREQUISITES FOR POSITION (Qualification Standards):
Education or training:
Master's degree+ with a major in agribusiness, accounting, business, business administration, law, management, or marketing;
OR
Master's degree+ and 18 graduate semester hours in: accounting, agriscience, agribusiness, business, business administration, business education, computer science, emergency management or related first responder field, health care administration, information technology, law, management, marketing, or related field and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline.
* Education must be received from a regionally accredited institution.
Years of experience in field:
Two years of teaching experience is preferred.
Commitment to the college objective of providing instruction for a diverse student population. Excellent interpersonal, oral communication and writing skills. Knowledge of learning and assessment theories and methods and the relationship to the pedagogy of teaching. Possess a high level of technical skills and subject matter knowledge as it relates to a specific discipline. Evidence of initiative, resourcefulness and adaptability.
