Job Description

Position: ETL Developer

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Wilmington, NC

Direct client: Immediate interview

Scope of Position

Create SQL Server database structures, integration packages, reports, and analysis services to support a MES deployment in a fiber optic manufacturing facility. Design, code, implement, support, and maintain Information Technology applications associated with the Microsoft Business Intelligence suite of solutions, both as an individual performer and as a member of a project team. Maintain adherence to company standards and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Ability to analyze, design, develop, implement and maintain integration, reporting, and analysis systems for a manufacturing environment using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio 2012
  • Experience in developing data ETL packages using SSIS
  • Experience in developing reports design and development using SSRS
  • Experience in Analysis Cube design and development using SSAS
  • Full Life Cycle Experience in Model, Design, Development of Data warehouse/ETL/BI Solutions
  • Knowledge of relational databases (primarily Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Ability to build both SQL and MDX queries for integration or reporting services. Expert in transact SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server)
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and design

Desired Skills

  • Project planning, requirements gathering and analysis, test plan development
  • Informatica ETL experience would be a plus

  • Required Education: BS Computer Science or Degree Relevant to job posting.
  • Experience Required: At least 5+ yrs. experience in Information Technology.

Manager Must Haves:
