JOB SUMMARY

The Food Service Associate delivers an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive table service to all guests. This role greets guests, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, processes payments accurately, and ensures each table receives consistent, highquality service throughout the visit. The Food Service Associate maintains a clean and organized work environment, completes required side work, supports responsible alcohol service, and assists teammates as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The position upholds all regulatory, departmental, and company policies while promoting the service culture, values, and Code of Commitment of Caesars Entertainment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Six months of prior food service experience is preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Strong guest service, communication, decisionmaking, and teamwork skills; able to multitask, prioritize, and work closely with others while remaining adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to direction.

  • Professional appearance with high personal hygiene standards; proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel; extremely detailoriented with a strong work ethic and desire for continued growth.

  • Able to remain mobile throughout the casino, stand for extended periods, perform frequent physical movements, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, possess the manual dexterity to grip necessary items (glasses, pens, garnishments, money, etc.),  and respond to visual and auditory cues.

  • Effective in fastpaced, highpressure environments; able to communicate clearly in English and follow instructions accurately.

  • Comfortable working amid varying noise, temperature, lighting, crowds, and air quality (including secondhand smoke), with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
