Now Hiring: Experienced Regional Manager Multifamily

Brookside Properties is actively seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Multifamily Property Management) to oversee a multi-site apartment portfolio in the Louisville, KY market.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Regional Manager with a strong background in multifamily operations, occupancy growth, NOI performance, and team leadership. If youve successfully managed multiple communities and know how to drive results, this is a high-impact opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across a multifamily apartment portfolio
  • Drive occupancy, rent growth, and NOI performance
  • Lead and develop Property Managers, Leasing Teams, and Maintenance Supervisors
  • Review and analyze budgets, financials, and operating reports
  • Conduct property inspections, audits, and site visits
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Partner with leadership on business strategy and portfolio performance
  • Support hiring, training, and performance management across sites

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in multifamily property management
  • 2+ years as a Regional Manager (or Senior Property Manager ready to step up)
  • Experience managing multi-site or large apartment portfolios
  • Strong understanding of NOI, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to increase occupancy and drive revenue
  • Strong leadership and team development experience
  • Proficiency with property management software (Entrata or similar) and Microsoft Office
