  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current Michigan CNA Registry or completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training program with certification within 4 months of hire.
  • Obtain BLS Certification within 6 months of hire and maintain it.
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
  • PCAs may be considered during a temporary exception; pursuing CNA certification is encouraged.
